This report provides an overview of the satisfaction with social services received by Roma and Egyptians, and PwD in 18 municipalities. The law 121/2016 “On Social Care Services in Albania” has established types of social services. The report highlights differences between service providers and service users, and provides a mapping of social services and beneficiaries. Recommendations from the report shade lights, among other things, on the attention that needs to be paid on the way social services are regulated and managed.
