The publication helps introduce disability-oriented local budgeting in line with Georgia’s international commitments.

Real or hypothetical examples are provided from the budgetary practices of Tbilisi and Marneuli municipalities that took part in the development of the guide.

The publication was created with the substantial engagement of persons with disabilities and their representative organizations, with the support of the European Union, UNDP and the UN Joint SDG Fund.
