The report, Time for Global Action, highlights the significance of 2015 for the completion of the MDGs and the transition to the post-2015 sustainable development agenda, the Paris Climate Change commitments and the UN 70^th Anniversary.

Time for Global Action focuses on why UNDP is increasingly a partner of choice for a sustainable and more prosperous future for people and planet. Through vivid stories, the Report illustrates the leadership role that UNDP continues to play in eradicating poverty and reducing inequality and exclusion worldwide. It also highlights UNDP’s role in facilitating the global conversation to help formulate the new Sustainable Development Goals and our ability to convene governments, civil society and the private sector to meet the development challenges of our time.

This year’s report also recognizes the importance of partner countries’ contributions, lists our top contributors to core and other resources, and describes how core resources underpin all of our work.
