Reporting Mechanism for Partners/Communities

Complaint Mechanism (GRM/ SRM)

UNDP Indonesia is dedicated to ensuring a high quality of our services in all the locations where we operate. If you have been adversely affected and/ or would like to report issues regarding UNDP’s activities in Indonesia, your concerns can be submitted in the links below.

What is a Complaint Mechanism?

UNDP Indonesia is committed to promoting the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Social and Environmental Standards (SES) underpin this commitment by ensuring social and environmental sustainability is mainstreamed across all programming. Through the SES, we aspire to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability in all our interventions, improving performance and strengthening the achievement of the SDGs.

The SES mandates all UNDP entities to have in place a complaint mechanism such as the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) and Stakeholder Response Mechanism (SRM), which are institutional platforms for individuals, peoples, and communities adversely affected by activities of UNDP in Indonesia to communicate, submit, and resolve grievances, complaints, and issues.
