UNDP is releasing it’s second issue brief for the ratification of Marrakesh Treaty that aims to facilitate access to published works for people with print disabilities by creating a legal framework to allow the creation, distribution, and cross-border exchange of accessible formats. This issue brief encompass the ratification options, coherence between laws and policies and policy opportunities in Indonesia to implement the treaty. Moreover, it outlines the relevant stakeholders that plays a significant role in its ratification process.
