Hugo Noé Pino

Honduran economist. PhD in Economics from the University of Texas, Austin. He was president of the Central Bank of Honduras. Finance Minister. Ambassador to the United Nations and the United States of America. He served as director of the Central American Postgraduate in Economics at the National Autonomous University of Honduras and Executive Director of the Cetroamerican Institute for Fiscal Studies (ICEFI). He has written academic articles on national and regional economics published in Honduras and abroad. He was president of the Honduran College of Economists. He currently works as a research professor at UNITEC.
