This executive summary, provides information about the estimated recovery costs for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the country, using to this end the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) methodology, developed jointly with the European Union, the World Bank and the United Nations System.   The approach included, by the different focal points of government institutions, the analysis and review of a set of data that shows pre-disaster conditions, and compared them with post-disaster conditions, in order to evaluate the effects and impacts of the phenomena that occurred, in order to determine a general recovery strategy.
