Standard Basic Framework Agreement (SBBA)  

Signed on 21 July 1977, The Standard Basic Framework Agreement (SBBA) provided an early framework for UNDPs work in the country as well as the ongoing legal basis for UNDPs operations in the Philippines.

Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (SDCF) 2024 - 2028

The United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (SDCF) 2024 - 2028 defines the specific thrusts and priorities of the UN system in the Philippines. UN's strategic plan with the Philippine Government to achieve national goals and the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Co-created with the Philippines, it focuses on three key areas: human capital (health, education, food security), inclusive/green economy (innovation, decent work), and climate/environment/resilience, supporting the country's vision to become an upper-middle-income economy and leaving no one behind.

Philippine Country Programme Documents (CPD) 2024 - 2028

The UNDP Country Programme Document (CPD) 2024 - 2028 is the binding legal agreement between UNDP and the Government of the Philippines. UNDP Philippines will draw on its signature solutions and deep appreciation of the national context to help the Philippines translate economic growth and fiscal space into inclusive national development. UNDP will build upon its existing programme to help deliver on the National Development Plan that is aligned to the Goals.
