The "Mapping of Social Services in Albania" presents the distribution of social care services by typology, source of funding, beneficiary groups, and provider institutions, using administrative data from all 61 municipalities. It assesses service accessibility and evaluates administrative, institutional, human, and financial capacities to ensure effective system functioning. It also provides an assessment of the need for social care services by municipality. This study aims to support policy developers and implementers at both central and local levels in planning, providing, and monitoring the delivery of social services.

Raporti “Hartëzimi i Shërbimeve Sociale në Shqipëri” paraqet shpërndarjen e shërbimeve të kujdesit shoqëror sipas tipologjisë, burimit të financimit, grupeve përfituese dhe institucioneve ofruese, duke përdorur të dhëna administrative nga të 61 bashkitë. Ai vlerëson aksesin në shërbime dhe analizon kapacitetet administrative, institucionale, njerëzore dhe financiare për të siguruar funksionimin efektiv të sistemit. Gjithashtu, ai ofron një vlerësim të nevojës për shërbime të kujdesit shoqëror sipas bashkive. Ky studim synon të mbështesë politikëbërësit dhe zbatuesit në nivel qendror dhe vendor në planifikimin, ofrimin dhe monitorimin e shpërndarjes së shërbimeve sociale.
