This policy brief describes the key opportunities of Turkmenistan in terms of access to the best technologies for adaptation to climate change and their application in vulnerable sectors. The document was developed on the basis of an analysis of international data banks covering climate technologies, best practices in their use, as well as opportunities for financing the use of climate technologies offered by international climate funds, donors and multilateral development organizations.
