The 2012 National Human Development Report, entitled „European Aspirations and Human Development of the Republic of Moldova”, analyzes the challenges and achievements, the delays and the progress made by the Republic of Moldova in terms of human development and defines a set of recommendations that may reduce the costs and maximize the benefits of European integration for all people in the Republic of Moldova.
