The report on Solution to Increase the Participation of Senior Women Officials in the Party Committees Towards the 14th Party Congress: Experience from Thua Thien – Hue and Lam Dong Provinces conducted by Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Viet Nam Sociological Association and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam with support from Irish Embassy in Viet Nam. The research assesses the current situation, influencing factors, and propose policy recommendations to increase the participation of female officials in Party Committees ahead off the 2025-2030 planning and the 14th Party Congress.
