1980年NHK入局。海外特派員として中東・アフリカ、欧州、東南アジアに駐在し、政治・経済の他、湾岸戦争やアフガニスタン紛争、イラク戦争、アフリカ各地の内戦と戦後の復興、南アフリカ民主化等を取材。アジア総局長を経て2009年より解説委員、海外情報番組「海外ネットワーク」キャスター、2022年より現職。
Joined NHK in 1980. As a foreign correspondent, stationed in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, covered politics, economy and conflicts. After serving as a Director General for Asia, became an Executive Commentator in 2009.

田中 明彦 国際協力機構（JICA）理事長
Dr. TANAKA Akihiko（President, Japan International Cooperation Agency （JICA））
東京大学東洋文化研究所教授（1998-2012、2015-2017）、東京大学副学長（2009-2012）、JICA理事長（2012-2015、2022-）、政策研究大学院大学長（2017-2022）を歴任。東京大学教養学部卒、マサチューセッツ工科大学政治学部大学院修了（Ph.D. 取得）。
Served as a professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia at the University of Tokyo (1998-2012, 2015-2017), vice president of the University of Tokyo (2009-2012), president of JICA (2012-2015, 2022-), and president of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (2017-2022)) .
エスティファノス・アフォワキ・ハイレ 駐日エリトリア大使
Mr. Estifanos Afeworki Haile（Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of the State of Eritrea in Japan）
1991年からエリトリア暫定政府にて勤務。2003年から駐日大使。2014年から在京アフリカ外交団長。
Began working in the Provisional Government of Eritrea in 1991. Ambassador to Japan since 2003. Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in Tokyo since 2014.
米山 泰揚 世界銀行駐日特別代表
Mr. YONEYAMA Yasuaki（Special Representative in Japan, World Bank）
1995年に大蔵省（当時）入省。国内（予算編成、債務管理等）・国際（国際開発金融機関、気候変動対策資金、二国間ODA等）、各方面の業務に従事。外務省、アフリカ開発銀行、国際通貨基金にも在籍。東京大学法学部・フランス国立行政学院（ENA）卒業。2021年8月より現職。
Joined the Ministry of Finance in 1995. Assumed current position in 2021 after having served at the African Development Bank and the IMF.
長坂 優子 日本リザルツ・ケニア駐在員
Ms. NAGASAKA Yuko（Representative of Kenya, RESULTS Japan）
テレビ局で記者として勤務後、日本リザルツで国際保健の政策提言に従事。2018年からはケニア・ナイロビのスラム街で計200人の医療ボランティアと啓発活動をし、結核発見率の倍増に貢献。保健省やカウンティと連携し、国家結核戦略の改定やナイロビカウンティでの学校給食プログラム立ち上げをサポートした。
Coordinated health policy advocacy in RESULTS Japan. Since 2018, contributed to doubling the TB detection rate with a total of 200 volunteers in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. Assisted the Ministry of Health to improve the quality of health services in Kenya.

1991年よりアジア経済研究所。その後 南アフリカ国際問題研究所、 ウィットウォータースランド大学にて客員研究員、JETROヨハネスブルクセンター所長、 地域研究センター長等を経てJETRO理事（2015-2019年）。2023年より現職。
Joined Institute of Developing Economies in 1991. Executive Director of JETRO Johannesburg Office (2004-2007). Executive Vice President of JETRO until 2019. Assumed current position in 2023.
河村 肇 日本経済団体連合会サブサハラ地域委員会企画部会長
Mr. KAWAMURA Hajime（Chair, Sub-Committee, Committee on Sub-Saharan Africa, KEIDANREN）
1981年丸紅株式会社入社。プラント本部の常務執行役員や専務執行役員を経て、2023年に特別顧問に就任。2020年より日本経済団体連合会にて現職。
Joined Marubeni Corporation in 1981. After serving as Managing Executive Officer of Plant Div. and then Senior Executive Officer, he was appointed Senior Corporate Advisor in 2023. Assumed current position at Keidanren in 2020.
渋澤 健 経済同友会グローバルサウス・アフリカ委員会委員長
Mr. SHIBUSAWA Ken（Chairman, Global South Africa Committee of Keizai Doyukai）
1996年に米大手ヘッジファンドに入社。2001年にシブサワ・アンド・カンパニー株式会社を創業し代表取締役に就任。2023年株式会社and Capitalを創業し代表取締役CEOに就任。「新しい資本主義実現会議」委員、UNDPのSDG Impact Steering Group委員、東京大学総長室アドバイザー等。
Founded Shibusawa and Company Co, Inc., in 2001 and & Capital Inc. in 2023. Member of the Council for New Form of Capitalism, steering committee member of UNDP SDG Impact.

Mr. HONDO Kazuki（Managing Executive Officer, Member of Board, Nippon Export and Investment Insurance（NEXI））
1991年通商産業省（現経済産業省）入省。資源エネルギー、ものづくり政策、中小企業、通商政策等を担当。NEXI(2015-2019)、内閣府沖縄総合事務局等を経て、2023年より現職。
Joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now METI) in 1991. In charge of natural resources and energy, manufacturing industries, SMEs, trade policy etc. After working at NEXI(2015-2019) and Okinawa General Bureau, assumed current position in 2023.

セーシェル出身。ABEイニシアティブ生として、三重大学大学院生物資源学部・生物資源学研究科にて、生物海洋学修士号を取得。卒業後、 東京都にある汚泥処理を専門とする太陽油化に就職。土壌改良にも効果を発揮する植物活性剤「TOKYO8」を活用した海外での農業生産性向上を行っており、同社でアフリカ事業を牽引。
Originally from Seychelles. Graduated from a master’s degree in marine biology at the faculty of Bioresources of Mie University by ABE Initiative. In charge of the international sales and marketing of Tokyo8 microfranchise at Taiyo Yuka Co.Ltd.

Ms. SUZUKI Takako（Member of the House of Representatives, Japan-African Union (AU) Parliamentary Friendship League）
2013年衆議院議員初当選。2018年より防衛大臣政務官。2021年より外務副大臣。自由民主党副幹事長。
Elected to the House of Representatives in 2013. Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense（2018-2019）. State Minister for Foreign Affairs（2021-2022）. Deputy Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party.
アフナ・エザコンワ 国連開発計画（UNDP）総裁補兼アフリカ局長
Ms. Ahunna Eziakonwa（Assistant Administrator and Director of the Regional Bureau for Africa, UNDP）
アフリカの46か国にて年間12億米ドル規模の開発プログラムを実施する4000人以上の職員を率いている。10年に亘り、エチオピア、ウガンダ、レソトにおいて国連常駐調整官兼人道調整官を務め、 国連人道問題調整事務所（OCHA）本部アフリカ担当部長として自然災害、緊急事態、復興への移行を率いた。
Leads over 4000 staff implementing a $1.2 billion annual development programme in 46 African countries. As Chief (Africa) at UN OCHA, she led response to natural disasters, emergencies and transitions to recovery.
北中 真人 ササカワ・アフリカ財団理事長
Dr. KITANAKA Makoto（President, Sasakawa Africa Association）
1985年にJICA入団。農村開発部、企画調整部、パラグアイ事務所等で勤務。2013年にJICA農村開発部部長就任。「アフリカの稲作振興のための共同体（CARD）」拡大、市場志向型農業振興アプローチであるSHEPの推進、食と栄養のアフリカ・イニシアチブ（IFNA）立ち上げに貢献。2019年から現職。
Joined JICA in 1985. Contributed to the expansion of the African Rice Farming Community (CARD) and SHEP, a market-oriented approach to agriculture, and the launch of the Africa Initiative on Food and Nutrition (IFNA). Assumed current position in 2019.
大森 健太 （株）STANDAGE取締役副社長

東大にて化学生命工学を専攻。卒業後、（株）伊藤忠商事にて医薬品や医療機械、ヘルスケア製品の国際貿易、海外企業へのM&A等に従事。2017年に（株）STANDAGEを創業。
Majored in chemistry and biotechnology at the University of Tokyo. Joined ITOCHU Corporation and in charge of pharmaceuticals business and M&A. Founded STANDAGE Inc. in 2017.
