The Moldova Digital Transformation Compact was prepared in partnership between UNDP and ITU with the purpose to outline the main gaps and opportunities of the digital transformation of Moldova. Together with the Digital Readiness Assessment, the Compact will serve as a valuable input for the future Vision and Digital Strategy of Moldova.
