This report describes informal economic activities and informal employment in the Republic of Moldova, dynamics registered over the last years, especially in the context of Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the population and business perception regarding this phenomenon. These analyses were used to formulate policy recommendation for the Government to address efficiently this problem, considering the complexities it implies.
