With measures on enhanced community quarantine currently in place in many parts of the Philippines, there have been reports from people living with HIV about the difficulties they encounter in accessing HIV treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

To determine the extent of the challenges, UNDP and UNAIDS initiated the survey on treatment and care concerns of people living with HIV in the Philippines in the time of COVID-19.
