Disaster Management, Risk Management and Business Continuity Report was prepared within the scope of the "Post-Earthquake Early Recovery Support Program for Model Factories and Organized Industrial Zones" carried out and financed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) following the earthquakes that affected 11 provinces in February 2023. 

Disaster Management, Risk Management and Business Continuity Report is intended to be used as both a reference document and a guide for business continuity management. 

In the different sections of the report and in the annexes, various forms and examples are presented that an organization can adapt for its own needs. By following these tasks, an organization can develop business continuity plans (business continuity plan, emergency response and management plan, crisis management plan, IT business continuity/recovery plan, crisis communication plan and scenario-based plans), define the necessary structures, roles and responsibilities for the implementation of the plans and ensure the sustainability of the plans.
