The research report on of the efficacy of informal justice systems in addressing SGBV looked at how the traditional or informal justice systems is mediated and informed by cultural practices. This issue paper sets out to identify the salient issues that arise from the Research Report for the purpose of informing advocacy on SGBV, HPs and SHRR.
