“Metodologjia e Monitorimit të Shërbimeve Shoqërore” e hartuar nga Shërbimi Social Shtetëror me asistencën teknike të UNDP-së, si pjesë e Programit “Askush të mos mbetet pas”,  është një instrument që shërben për të: i) vlerësuar cilësinë dhe efektivitetin e shërbimeve ekzistuese shoqërore; ii) identifikuar problemet kritike që cënojnë realizimin e të drejtës së qytetarëve për të përfituar shërbime shoqërore; iii) këshilluar institucionet e qeverisjes vendore mbi mundësinë e zgjerimit dhe përmirësimit të shërbimeve shoqërore në bashkitë përkatëse; iv) rekomanduar drejtimet e zhvillimit të politikave të shërbimeve shoqërore në nivel kombëtar.

The "Social Services Monitoring Methodology" developed by the State Social Service with the technical assistance of UNDP, as part of the "Leave No One Behind" Program, is an instrument that serves to: i) assess the quality and effectiveness of existing social services; ii) identify critical problems that affect the realization of the citizens’ right to benefit from social services; iii) advise local government institutions on expanding and improving social services in the respective municipalities; iv) recommend directions for  further development of social services policies at the national level.
