It highlights the importance of multistakeholder collaboration, including government, civil society, and the private sector, in addressing socio-cultural barriers and promoting gender
equality.

How can the government ensure gender equality systematically? This means addressing poverty, eliminating Gender based violence (GBV) and discrimination, strengthening institutional infrastructure, laws, and policies, as well as addressing financing gaps for implementation. Given Pakistan’s challenges, the actions and measures are complex but not impossible to address effectively, as demonstrated by some of the achievements on gender equality.
