The primary purpose of this report is to develop insights and learnings on how digital mobile money usage catalyzes financial inclusion in Zambia. Specifically to analyze the percentage of population with access to smartphone, internet and mobile wallet; explore government's role in promoting digital mobile wallets; identifying future technologies which might aid the financial inclusion in Zambia, and; to create a comprehensive Research and Development (R&D) and knowledge product on the role of digital tools in making financial systems more inclusive, with a focus on lessons learned and policy recommendation
