In 2018, we began collaborating with the Technological Institute of the Americas (ITLA) to support, together with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs, under the umbrella of the Digital Republic Program, the improvement of the productivity and competitiveness levels of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. To this end, continuous improvement strategies were used in the access and use of the Digital Economy, quality systems, associativity, the entrepreneurship ecosystem and business innovation, through the construction and adaptation of the ITLA La Caleta Digital MSME Center, which created the platforms and mechanisms to support the productivity and employment of MSMEs, providing business development services for the use and access of the digital economy in micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.
