The UNDP-SIGOB SDG Platform aligns ongoing public initiatives (services and projects) in a country with the 17 goals and 169 targets of the SDGs. It enables the identification of the SDG targets on which the country focuses its resources, the public and private institutions participating in the initiatives, the localization of SDGs at the local level, and the beneficiaries targeted by these initiatives. The SDG Platform compiles complex information and presents it intuitively to support solution-oriented meetings among public and private actors who are partners in SDG implementation. The SDG Platform uses a big data approach and establishes interoperability with national databases on projects, budget, and execution, making it a comprehensive implementation tool throughout the Agenda 2030 cycle.
