The Government of Zimbabwe through the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development (MLAFWRD) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is implementing a seven-year project “Building the climate resilience for vulnerable agricultural livelihoods in Southern Zimbabwe”. 

 The project is targeting the revitalization of 15 existing irrigation schemes and the establishment of 6 new schemes in 15 priority districts of Manicaland, Masvingo, and Matabeleland South Provinces.
