One of the main directions of the Strategy for improving the public Finance management system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2024, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 506 dated 24.08.2020, is to ensure transparency and completeness of budget information, and its compliance with international standards.

In this direction, measures have already been taken and are being implemented to increase the openness and transparency of budget data. In particular, as part of the implementation of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to ensure the openness of budget data and active participation of citizens in the budget process", within the framework of our joint project with the Ministry of Finance "Financing sustainable development in Uzbekistan", the publication of the information publication "Budget for citizens" continues.

Currently 6 editions of the "Budget for citizens" have been prepared and posted on the portal " Open budget».
